The mere fact that B cells are now being taken seriously by experts in the field after being ignored for so long, in part due to debates like this can only be a good thing.

Yeah it's not a game… for pwMS, which makes the pharma funded posters presented with such fanfare, by laissez faire scientists, all the more damaging.
